Caton Cramer — Abilene Christian University • Position: Running Back / Linebacker • Destination: Abilene Christian University — a Division I FCS program in the United Athletic Conference. Cramer showcased his versatility on both offense and defense for the Indians, earning the opportunity to compete at the Division I level with the Wildcats. His commitment to ACU stands as a testament to his hard work and impact on the field. Austin Olivas — Harvard University • Position: Safety • Destination: Harvard University — Ivy League institution with a strong academic pedigree and competitive football tradition. Olivas’ signing is notable for combining elite academics with Division I athletics, reflecting his success both in the classroom and on the gridiron. Seminole Indians Release 2026 Football Schedule The Seminole Indians have officially released their 2026 varsity football schedule, featuring a balanced slate of competitive non-district matchups and a challenging District run that will test the team as the season progresses. Seminole opens the season at home on August 28th against Bushland at Wigwam Stadium, setting the tone for an exciting fall. The Indians will then travel to Shallowater on September 4th before returning home to host Canyon Randall on September 11th. A pair of September home games follow, with Hereford visiting Wigwam Stadium on September 18th. The non-district schedule concludes on the road as Seminole travels to El Paso Riverside on September 25th, playing at Riverfront Stadium. District play begins on October 9th, when Seminole hosts Fort Stockton at Wigwam Stadium. The Indians then hit the road to face Big Spring on October 16th at Memorial Stadium before returning home to take on Pecos on October 23rd. Another home contest follows on October 30 against Snyder, closing out the home portion of district play. Seminole wraps up the regular season on November 6th with a road game against Monahans at Estes Memorial Stadium. Seven Seminole Seniors Earn 2026 All-State Honors, Take Next Steps at the Collegiate Level SEMINOLE — The Seminole Indians football program continues to shine on the statewide stage, as seven senior players were named to the 2026 All-State teams, capping off an outstanding year for a veteran-led roster that combined talent, toughness, and leadership. Earning 2nd Team All-State honors are Chase Elrod (OL), Logan McCormick (WR), and Austin Olivas (DB). Elrod was a cornerstone of the offensive line throughout his senior campaign and has officially signed with UTEP, taking his game to the Division I level. McCormick proved to be a dynamic playmaker in the passing game and has drawn significant attention from the next level, currently holding multiple Division II offers. Olivas anchored the Seminole secondary with discipline and athleticism and will continue both his academic and athletic career at Harvard University.
